4. Payment and Deposits

5. Scheduling, Delays, and Weather
Breeze schedules each project by its signed proposal. Because Lowcountry weather affects how exterior and deck coatings cure, Breeze may reschedule weather-sensitive work to protect the finish. Breeze will communicate scheduling changes as early as possible.
6. Cancellations and Changes

7. The Gust Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied, Breeze makes it right. The Gust Guarantee is a permanent commitment, not a limited-time offer, and it works alongside the final walkthrough, where you review the finished work with Breeze before the project is considered complete. The specifics that apply to your project are described in your proposal.
8. Customer Responsibilities
To help your project go smoothly, you agree to provide reasonable access to the property, clear or secure personal items in the work areas, note any pets, obtain any HOA approvals that apply, and sign off on color selections before painting begins.
9. Warranties
Breeze stands behind its work through the Gust Guarantee. Paint and stain products carry their own manufacturer warranties, which pass through to you. The terms that apply to your project are described in your proposal.
10. Limitation of Liability
Breeze is responsible for performing the work described in your signed proposal in a professional manner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breeze is not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or issues outside the agreed scope of work. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under South Carolina law.
11. Intellectual Property
The content on breezepaintingsc.com, including text, logos, and project photos, belongs to Breeze Painting. Breeze uses project photos only where the homeowner has given permission.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
