Honest Ranges, Then an Exact Written Quote
Every home is different, so a painting price is a range until someone walks the property. What Breeze does differently is publish the ranges up front, then put the exact number in writing before you decide anything.
Personal On-Site Walkthrough
Our experienced estimator walks your home, looks at the surfaces and the prep they need, and presents your options. Our team typically delivers a written proposal the same day, with the scope, products, and pricing itemized. You and Breeze both sign it before anything goes on the schedule, so there are no surprises and no hidden fees.
What Moves Your Number
Home or room size, surface type and condition, how much surface prep is needed, the number of colors, and the products you choose. The ranges below are your starting point.
How to Read Our Budget Ranges
Easier access, smaller paintable area, and sound existing finishes keep projects at the lower end. Tall walls, difficult access, and complex trim raise costs.
Paint, materials, labor, normal surface preparation, and property protection are included for listed scopes. Extensive surface prep is quoted separately before work begins.
Standard trim means baseboards, door frames, and window casings. Ceilings, door slabs, closets, crown molding, and wainscoting are quoted as separate add-ons.
Home floor area does not equal exterior siding area. Room floor dimensions do not define wall height, and deck floor area does not include railing or stair work.
Exterior Painting Prices
Exterior pricing depends most on home size, siding type, and how much prep the surfaces need. These are Breeze's published ranges for the Charleston area.

Complete multi-story repaint for 4,000-5,000 sq ft homes. Includes all siding plus standard exterior trim: soffits, fascia, window & door frames, columns, and posts.

Full repaint for standard Charleston-area family homes. Includes all Hardie siding plus standard exterior trim: soffits, fascia, window & door frames, columns, and posts.

Interior Painting Prices
Interior pricing is by room, so you can mix and match to fit your budget. Walls only is the lowest tier; adding the ceiling and trim brings a room to its full range.

Cabinet Painting Prices
Cabinets are priced per opening, so the count of doors and drawer fronts sets the number. Refinishing your cabinets costs a fraction of replacing or refacing them.
Cabinet Painting, Per Opening
One opening means one cabinet door or one drawer front with its associated frame (a 2-door cabinet counts as two openings). Covers doors, drawer faces, exposed boxes, and frame trim. Cabinet interiors, shelves, drawer boxes, and glass masking are quoted separately.
Refinishing vs. Replacing
- Save 60–70% Compared to NewFactory-smooth sprayed finish at a fraction of custom replacement or refacing costs.
- Zero Demolition & MessKeep countertops and backsplashes intact with virtually zero kitchen downtime.
- Durable Coastal Urethane EnamelWashable, chip-resistant polyurethane finish engineered specifically for Lowcountry humidity.

Townhome, Condo & Commercial
Townhome and condo interiors follow the per-room interior ranges above, and the exterior work follows the published exterior ranges, quoted by the surfaces involved and any HOA requirements.
